Grand County Pet Pals’ Santa Paws starts Dec. 3

There are two new locations in Fraser and Granby for all individuals and families to bring their pets and have their photos taken with Santa Paws:

• Fraser Historic Church, 107 Eisenhower Dr. Dec. 3, from noon to 4 p.m.

• Granby Community Center, 125 North 3rd Street, Dec. 4 from noon to 4 p.m.

These photos are great for holiday cards and other gift applications. A $10 donation is suggested and the best image in electronic format will be provided to participants.

Grand County Pet Pals is a nonprofit organization dedicated to responsible pet ownership, animal health and education programs, and spay/neuter of pets in Grand County. The organization raises funds through activities like Pet Pictures with Santa Paws and does not receive county, state or federal funds.

Mudslide closes Colorado 125 in Grand County

The Colorado Department of Transportation has closed Colorado Highway 125 in Grand County while crews work to clear the route of mud, debris and snagged trees piled up on various bridges and guardrails.
