Grand opening for Elevation Pizza benefits Fraser school
Fraser, CO Colorado
Elevation Pizza in Fraser is holding its Grand Opening Celebration on Dec. 16 from 11 a.m.. to 9 p.m.. Specials will include $10 for any large pizza (carry-out or dine-in only) as well as $2 beers / $3 glasses of wine.
A portion of the day’s sales will be donated to the Fraser Valley Elementary School.
Combining serious passion for great pizza with years of product development, owners and longtime Grand County locals Adam Hershfelt, Phil Brooks, Roger Hedlund and Jack Van Horn are proud to present the Fraser Valley with a fresh option for pizza.
Elevation offers fresh made pizza dough combined with homemade San Marzano tomato sauce, they invite you to choose from familiar favorites or signature styles with unique flavors and blends, all topped with high-quality ingredients. One already popular pizza offering, the “Adam
Bomb,” combines Hatch green chilies, pepperonis and small dollops of cream cheese for a delightful flavor combination. Salads, bread sticks, cheese sticks and house baked cookies complement the pizza offerings.
Elevation also offers a fine selection of bottled beers and wine by the glass. Utilizing equipment from Napa Technology, Elevation is the first establishment in Grand County to have its own wine preservation system for wines by the glass.
Forming relationships with Colorado purveyors Boulder Sausage and Red Bird Chicken, Elevation is “Colorado Proud.” Elevation also fills a much-needed gap for pizza delivery in Winter Park and Fraser. Delivery starts at 4 p.m. daily.
Located in Fraser in the Fraser Valley Center (near ALCO), Elevation can also take care of group catering needs.
