Grand Teton to have interim superintendent
MOOSE, Wyo. (AP) – Grand Teton National Park has a new interim superintendent for the next two months.
John Wessels is currently associate regional director for Business and Technology for the National Park Service Intermountain Region. He lives in Denver.
Wessels begins his temporary assignment at Grand Teton on Monday. He will be interim superintendent until current Superintendent Mary Gibson Scott returns from a temporary post at the regional office in Denver.
Wessels recently was acting deputy superintendent for Golden Gate National Recreation Area in California.
