High Country Conservatives seek candidate platforms
The High Country Conservatives: a conservative, but bi-partisan, discussion group, welcomes input from candidates of all political parties who are seeking to run for town and county offices during the current election cycle. Prospective candidates for office are invited to call Eden Recor at 970-627-0034 to schedule a time to attend one of the High Country Conservative luncheons which are held at noon on Fridays at Maverick’s Grill in Granby. Only one candidate per luncheon. Candidates will have 30 minutes to lay out their campaign platforms followed by a question and answer session. Candidates should be prepared to explain why they want to stand for election or reelection and, if elected, what they plan to accomplish during their term in office.
