Hops for Healthy Hearts success

Mrs. Acker’s 3rd Grade raised $1,445 so they taped the principal, Mrs. Harmon to the wall.

Granby Elementary students hopped, skipped and jumped during their P.E. classes on March 16 and 17 to raise money. $10,000 was raised through donations for a new swing set and tire swing for the school’s playground. The top fundraisers threw pies at the counselors, Mr. Ruttenberg & Mrs. Meyer. The top fundraising class, Mrs. Acker’s 3rd Grade raised $1,445 so they taped the principal, Mrs. Harmon to the wall.

Lucas Reade 2nd Grade in Mrs. Bailey’s class was the top fundraiser with $1,105 and Anna Ledezma, 3rd Grade Mrs. Acker’s class was next with $970 raised.
