East Grand Fire responded to a fire on a two-unit townhome in Fraser on Tuesday night, June 2.

The cause of the fire, which occurred on County Road 830, is still under investigation, said Fire Chief Todd Holzwarth.

No one was injured in the fire.

Firefighters quickly contained the fire, which started on the exterior of the building. The building suffered extensive damage to its exterior and roof, though it’s structure wasn’t compromised, Holzwarth said.

Grand Fire Protection District sent an engine to assist.
