Hwy 9 project meeting set for Kremmling

Officials from the Colorado Department of Transportation and Kirkland Construction will be on hand at a kickoff meeting for the Colo. Highway 9 project from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Monday, March 30, at the Grand County Extension office, 210 11th St., Kremmling.

The project in part entails building overpasses and underpasses for wildlife in an effort to reduce the high number of wildlife-vehicle collisions on the highway between Kremmling and Silverthorne. Work is scheduled to begin this spring.

• 5:30-6:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 1, Silverthorne Town Hall Council Chambers, 601 Center Circle, Silverthorne
