I-70 closed at Bakerville after fatal crash

DENVER (AP) – A stretch of Interstate 70 in the mountains west of Denver is shut down following a fatal accident.

The state transportation department said I-70 was closed in both directions at Bakerville starting at around 8:30 a.m. Monday. There’s no word on when the road will reopen.

The Denver Post reports that a man died after rolling his pickup truck on the highway.
