An Indiana woman will soon appear in Grand County District Court where prosecutors are expected to ask for a multi-year prison sentence related to a string of criminal activities that officials said occurred last spring in the Fraser Valley.

The Fraser-Winter Park Police obtained an initial warrant for the arrest of Allison Hanas on April 4, 2017. Hanas, who was 31 at the time, was charged with 41 separate counts including five counts of burglary and multiple counts of forgery and financial fraud. She was booked into the Grand County Jail on July 24 last year.

Hanas was sentenced Monday to five years in jail in Eagle County District Court for a pair of felonies, theft and burglary, committed in that county. Hanas has also been charged with crimes in both Routt and Arapahoe counties.

Officials from the Grand County District Attorney’s office had not responded to requests for comment as of press time.
