Investigation closed on BOCC complaint against Manguso

Kelly Oxley, Executive Secretary to the Grand County Manager and County Commissioners, announced today in a press release that the complaint from a county employee against Commissioner Manguso is officially closed.

“As a confidential personnel matter, any issues will be addressed internally and this complaint/investigation is now closed,” according to the press release.

The complaint was initially discussed at the Grand County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) meeting on Tuesday, September 20. The Commissioners moved to approve a resolution authorizing the County Attorney to execute a letter of retention engaging Marilee Langhoff, P.C. to represent Commissioner Manguso in the matter of an employee complaint.

At that time, Manguso and other officials could not go into detail on the matter.
