Jail Log: Grand County, Colorado
Despite a high number of bookings over the past week, the number of inmates held at the Grand County Jail crept up by only one prisoner.
As of Monday, Oct. 13, the jail in Hot Sulphur Springs was holding 35 prisoners, which was up from 34 on the previous Monday.
Those individuals who were booked over the past few days, the charges filed against them and the dates of their bookings are:
Theresa M. Munoz, 24, of Fraser, driving under the influence, Oct. 6, Mittimus
Timothy W. Kline, 25, of Kremmling, two charges of probation violation, Oct.6
William J. Lehr, 65, of Morrison, habitual traffic offender, no seat belt and no proof of insurance, Oct. 7
John S. Jeffries, 26, of Granby, providing alcohol to a minor, Oct. 7, Mittimus
Andrew T. Sullivan, 30, of Baldwin, Kan., harassment – repeated telephone calls, Oct. 8
Jeanette L. Perryman, 35, of Parshall, criminal mischief under $1,000, criminal attempt- first degree assault (domestic violence) and felony menacing (domestic violence), Oct. 9
Stephen D. Middleton, 57, of Park City, Utah, driving under the influence, DUI per se, possession of an open container of alcohol in a vehicle and careless driving, Oct. 9
Kimball A. Pease, 57, of Kremmling, two charges of driving under the influence and prohibited use of weapons, Oct. 10
Tracia Tayon, 41, of Denver, driving while ability impaired and improper mountain driving, Oct. 10, Mittimus
Wesley W. Schar, 29, of Granby, harassment by strike, shove and/or kick and crimes against a person, Oct. 10
Norman A. Hewitt, 41, of Fraser, driving under the influence, Oct. 10
Anthony D. Schneider, 28, of Minot, N.D., driving under the influence of alcohol, Oct. 10, Mittimus
David C. Rauch, 46, of Granby, driving under the influence, Oct. 10
Michael D. Thomas, 23, of Granby, driving under the influence, Oct. 10, Mittimus
Santor R. Hernandez, 53, of Kremmling, driving after license was under restraint, Oct. 10, Mittimus
Tiesyn K. Block, 28, of Kremmling, failure to comply by failing to report to jail, Oct. 10
Timothy R. Ortiz, 19, of Castle Rock, revokes deferred judgment, Oct. 11, Mittimus
Timothy Luke, 33, of Granby, driving under the influence, careless driving and resisting arrest, Oct. 11
Summer L. Shuster, 30, of Hot Sulphur Springs, driving under the influence of alcohol and left the scene of an accident without providing required information, Oct. 12
John A. Montgomery, 27, of Loveland, violation of a protection order, Oct. 12
Robert L. Wisecup, 22, of Kremmling, child abuse, driving after license was under restraint due to an alcohol charge, driving under the influence of alcohol, failing to use a child restraint and improper stopping, Oct. 12.
