As of Tuesday, the Grand County Jail in Hot Sulphur Springs was holding 28 inmates, the same number as the previous two weeks. Those booked into the jail over the past week, the charges filed against them and the dates of their bookings include:

Keira Grosse Rhode, 22, of Fraser, motor vehicle theft, Oct. 27, Mittimus;

Corey S. Mulligan, 28, of Grand Lake, 1st degree trespassing – dwelling, Oct. 27, Mittimus;



Forrest W. Hester, 33, of Kremmling, driving under the influence, DUI per se, Oct. 27;

Michael J. Landa, 21, of Granby, driving under the influence, driving with expired license, driving with an open container, Oct. 29;



Christopher A. Bigler, 20, of Fraser, fugitive of justice, false reporting to authorities, Oct. 29;

Jason E. Shearer, 39, of Kremmling, criminal mischief, harassment, Oct. 29;

Jospeh L. Archer, 25, of Fraser, fugitive of justice – Jackson County, traffic offense, Oct. 30;

Michael Smith, 46, of Grand Lake, driving under the influence, Oct. 30, Mittimus;

Camilot Temoxtle, 34, of Greeley, fugitive of justice – Weld County, driving under restraint, Oct. 30;

Symatha E. Martin, 31, of Deer Trail, violating restraining order, Oct. 31;

Matthew T. Stephens, 29, of Eagle, possession of marijuana concentrate, possession of one ounce or less of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, Oct. 31;

Peter J. Volk, 24, of Fraser, assault – third degree, disorderly conduct, Nov. 1;

Morris W. Smith, 70, of Denver, driving under the influence, prohibited use of weapon, careless driving, no proof of insurance, Nov. 1; and,

John Thomas Steel, 43, of Kremmling, criminal trespassing, Nov. 2.
