KC Becker in Grand County Monday Dec. 12

KC Becker will be in Grand County Monday, Dec. 12. Becker is Grand County’s Colorado House District 13 representative.

Becker will be meeting with Town mayors and managers, and the Grand County Commissioners on Dec. 12.

She has recently been elected Majority Leader of the House for this coming session.



Becker will attend a special event in Granby, “Coffee, Tea and KC” for Grand County women from 3-5 p.m, Dec. 12 at the Midtown Cafe in Granby.

This will be a forum for Grand County women to discuss issues important with our State Representative. Topic will include being a breadwinner, a mother, a wife, a caretaker to elderly parents and the many other important roles in a woman’s life.



The regularly scheduled monthly meeting for Grand County Democrats will begin at 6 p.m. at the SilverCreek Grille, and Becker will speak during the meeting. Becker plans to discuss what is coming up in this Legislative Session and its agenda. She seeks help and input from local Democrats.

Colorado’s House District 13 area extends from the Wyoming border on the north, to Mount Evans in the south – from Boulder to Kremmling. The district includes Jackson, Grand, Gilpin and Clear Creek counties, as well as the western portions of the City of Boulder and Boulder County.
