Letter: Karlstrom, I support Miller for commissioner
I support Miller for commissioner
Andy Miller is a working man who gets things done, especially for our Grand County. He has built houses, a couple of great and very successful recreational huts in our wilderness, a daycare and bridges, literally and figuratively. That is why I am strongly supporting him for Grand County Commissioner, District 1. Andy is always full of ideas to help this county grow and prosper. As a member of Fraser’s town council, he has shown level-headed responses to its growing pains. Yet he has a great sense of environmental protection and understands the importance of balancing our growth along with our quality of life. After 46 years, Andy truly knows Grand. This gives him a formidable advantage towards putting together appropriate solutions for our county governmental problems. He is a good compromiser, a peace-maker and, in his campaign, has been furthering his bridge-building to all parts of the county. Catch him at a coffee shop, a festival or a debate in your neck O’ the woods. Next gathering of all county commissioner candidates will take place at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 19 at the Fraser Elementary School.
