Letter of thanks — Coalition appreciative of recycling community
To the Editor:
I would like to thank all the people who come to Saturday Recycling at Country ACE Hardware in Granby, for bringing all their recyclables and donations. Thanks to the town of Granby, The town of Grand Lake, City Market, Country ACE Hardware, and Waste Management for sponsoring Saturday Recycling. We are averaging 139 cars bringing 3.2 tons of recyclables, three bags of plastic bags and $192.00 (and growing) in donations per Saturday.
I would also like to thank Carl Sniffen of Shadowcliff Lodge in Grand Lake for sending volunteers ever Saturday from mid June – mid September. Thanks to Ryan Schmidt, Will Peak, Dylan Lehrbaum, Laura Chartrand, Natalie Emmerich, Kelly Ferguson, Emily Huizenga, Stephen McNally, Kara Rawlings, Alanah Rempel for all their help and service and completing it all with a smile.
