Letter of thanks: Grand Foundation
To the Editor:
Grand County Search and Rescue would like to acknowledge the continued support of the Grand Foundation towards our mission of rescuing those in need in Grand County’s backcountry. The Grand Foundation recently awarded us funding to purchase a new 4-place trailer for our Grand Lake rescue base. This purchase will allow us to put more resources (i.e. equipment, and therefore also people) into the backcountry sooner, which may mean the difference of life and limb. The Grand Foundation has been a supporting partner of our organization for many years, and we truly appreciate everything they do for our community. Thank you.
