If you love your favorite authors, but become impatient waiting to read the latest titles, how do you get to the top of the library holds list? GCLD orders books well in advance of their publication date so the titles appear in the online library catalog long before they arrive on the local shelves. You can reserve d before the release date by going to the online gcld.org catalog, searching for the title you want, and placing a hold. Alternatively, go to gcld.org, select “More” from the sidebar, and add your email address to sign up for a newsletter focusing on selected genre. Regular emails will keep you posted on the latest offerings. Click on the title to place yourself way ahead of the game.
