Local government meetings in Grand County
This week, August 15 through August 19, is a fairly light week for local government meetings in Grand County.
The East Grand School District Board of Education will hold their first Business Session Meeting of the 2016-2017 academic year beginning at 6 p.m. on Tuesday August 16 in the District offices located at 299 County Road 611 in Granby.
During the meeting the Board will approve financial reports for April through June 2016 and will discuss the benefits and drawbacks of a Policy Governance System as it applies to school Boards.
The Town of Granby has no formal government meetings scheduled for this week though Municipal Court will be held beginning at 8 a.m. on Thursday August 18.
The Town of Grand Lake will hold a Planning Commission Regular Meeting, if there is an agenda, at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday August 17.
The Town of Winter Park will hold their Town Council meeting on Tuesday, August 16 at the town building beginning at 8 a.m. View their agenda here.
