Longtime Columbine Lake homeowner Robert L. Semsack dies
1933-2011
Robert L. Semsack, 78, of Grand Lake and Arvada passed away on July 28, 2011. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Charlene Semsack; children Bob (Dolores) and Christine (Keith); and four grandchildren, Rob, Nicole, Matt, and Kyle; and two great-grand children.
Robert was born in Butte, Mont., but grew up in Wheatridge. He graduated from the University of Colorado in 1961. He and his wife had a second home at Columbine Lake for over 30 years, and he served on the Columbine Lake board of directors and was the Treasurer for the Columbine Lake Homeowners Association. He was a CPA and his last position was Director of Finance for Grand County until his retirement. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
