Men’s indoor soccer league finishes year

Men’s Indoor Soccer League has come to a conclusion for the year. We had some really tense games this tournament.

The #3 ranked team, Fraser United, swept through the first round with a 9-4 win over Chivas #6. #4 ranked Arsenal also came away with a 7-3 win over #5 Tabernasty, in the first round. #1 ranked Lions brought in another tough win over #4 ranked Arsenal in the semifinals with a 4-3 win by a goal scored in the last half. #2 ranked Litzer won 5-3 in the semifinals against #3 Fraser United. In the end Lions defeated Litzer 4-3 with an amazing goal in the last 5 minutes.

The Granby Rec. Department would like to thank all the teams who participated and we look forward to seeing them again next season.
