MONTROSE, Colo. (AP) – A man accused of secretly installing a two-way mirror that looked into a Montrose County apartment bathroom has pleaded guilty to attempted unlawful sexual contact.
Darin Flora pleaded guilty Wednesday to the misdemeanor charge. His plea agreement calls for two years of supervised probation.
Jim Waters says he had just moved into the apartment with two female roommates last May when they discovered a mirror in their shower that offered a peep show from the triplex’s maintenance closet.
Flora was a former maintenance man at the complex.
In 2004, Flora was convicted in a peeping Tom case in Montrose County.
