MPMC hosts event to bid Dr. Wizneski farewell

KREMMLING — Middle Park Medical Center invites the community to an open house to bid farewell to John Wisneski, M.D.

The open house is scheduled for 5 to 6 p.m. Monday, June 30 at the Colorado State University Extension Hall, 210 11th Street, Kremmling. All community members are invited to attend the open house, which will offer an opportunity to wish Dr. Wisneski well. Middle Park Medical Center will provide refreshments.

Dr. Wisneski sees patients in the clinic in Kremmling and the emergency departments in Kremmling and Granby. His last day is June 30 after nine years with MPMC. He has accepted a position in Los, Alamos, N.M.

“MPMC and Grand County will always hold a special place in my heart. Thank you all for your support and friendship over the last nine years,” Dr. Wisneski said. “I wish all the best for Middle Park Medical Center and all the patients that I have cared for at MPMC. I leave knowing that MPMC will continue to provide excellent health care for all my patients.”

MPMC is currently recruiting a new provider for the facilities. All of MPMC’s providers are accepting new patients and will work to transfer patients to their new provider of choice.
