New information about Hereford print

In reference to the article published in the paper on Friday, April 2, titled “Hereford print donated to Kremmling Library,” I would like to add some information.

The photo with the article shows two of Stella’s granddaughters, Audrey Wheatley and Bailey Monnahan. Audrey and Bailey, along with their parents, Alan and Marcy, live on the W Diamond Ranch where Ken and Stella ranched and where Ken still lives today.

The original donation monies came from a family friend of Ken’s and Stella’s, Kay Evatz, of Longmont. She donated the money for use at the Kremmling Branch Library in Stella’s name. Kay is the daughter of Josephine (Polhemas) Reed. The Polhemas’s lived where Barb and Kayo Scholl now live.
