Official groundbreaking for medical complex is Friday
November 11, 2010
An official groundbreaking of the Middle Park Medical Center has been scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 12, at the project site in Granby, on the east side of Highway 40 across from the Granby Specialty Clinic.
At the end of last month, construction teams started stripping the top soil, preparing the building pad and starting installation of utilities for the $20 million, 27,000 square-foot medical facility.
Project officials of the Kremmling Memorial Hospital District anticipate the center will be operational by the end of 2011.
Entrance to the Medical Center is planned to be by way of a new road called “SolVista Drive,” accessed from U.S. 40 at the intersection of Ten Mile Drive.
