Old Fall River Road in Rocky Mountain National Park temporarily closed

Old Fall River Road in Rocky Mountain National Park is temporarily closed as of Thursday, Aug. 29, due to damage caused by a severe storm that passed through the area on Aug. 28.

The storm brought heavy rain, over an inch of hail and intense lightening, according to park officials. The road will remain closed until road crews are able to complete needed repairs.
