Panther football players named to Flatirons League All-Conference teams

All-Conference honors for the 2018 Flatirons Football League have been announced and several Middle Park athletes made the cut.

Senior wide receiver Ben Kuhnel was named to the Flatirons First Team All-Conference offense this year. Over on the defensive side of things junior defensive lineman Shug Reynolds was named to the Flatirons League’s First Team All-Conference defense along with junior defensive back Evan Laraby.

Reynolds also received Second Team All-Conference offense honors for his work as an offensive lineman for the Panthers. Also receiving Second Team All-Conference offense honors was senior wide receiver Caleb Kelley. Making it onto the Second Team All-Conference defense for the Flatirons League this year were two Panther linebackers, senior Dylan Kloss and sophomore Cameron Conger.



Middle Park’s sophomore kicker Katie MacKendrick was named to the Flatirons League’s Special Teams Second Team All-Conference. Receiving Honorable Mention distinctions in this year’s All-Conference honors list was junior Gabe Loberg, who received an honorable mention nod as both the Panther punter and quarterback, and senior kick returner Caleb Kelley.
