Photo: Hot Sulphur Springs library officially reopens
The re-opening of the Hot Sulphur Springs Library was formally celebrated Wednesday with a ribbon cutting and speeches offered by Grand County Library District Executive Director Stephanie Ralph, Grand County Commissioner Meritt Linke and Hot Sulphur Springs Library Branch Manager Emily Pedersen.
“Library buildings are very important in our communities,” said Linke.
The re-construction of the library had been underway since a water line burst in the ceiling during an unexpected cold snap in October 2017. The resulting water damage was concentrated over the circulation desk area in the center of the floor space.
