Garrett Duncan of the Rifle Police Department brings his dog, Tulo, into the Granby Elementary School to do a test search during a K-9 training seminar on Thursday afternoon, June 12, in Granby. More than 20 police dogs from a dozen agencies were participating in the three-day program to practice narcotic and explosive detection, tracking and apprehension. The seminar was put on by the Colorado Police K-9 Association, Fraser-Winter Park Police Department and Granby Police Department.
