PHOTOS: Fire and ice on Berthoud Pass

Grand County residents and travelers passing through woke up to a marvelous morning on Wednesday, Sept. 17. Around 9 a.m., the fog cleared to reveal snow-dusted mountain peaks and flourescent aspen groves. About one inch of snow had accumulated on Berthoud Pass over night.
