7:01 p.m., Nov. 2, 2010: Polls have officially closed in Colorado and more than 20 Grand County election officials are convening at the courthouse to count the votes.

Grand County Clerk and Recorder Sara Rosene said the turnout today was great and more people than ever before used mail ballots in this election, which allowed election officials to get an early jump on the count.
