Provide input on behavioral health services at Community IMPACT Team meeting Thursday

Would you like to provide input about behavioral health in Grand County or share your experience accessing these services? The Community IMPACT Team invites community members who want to give their suggestions, comments and ideas at its next meeting March 20.

The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. at Fraser Valley Library with a virtual option available via Zoom.

The community can speak with representatives from the Colorado Behavioral Health Administration, which is conducting a needs assessment across the state to ascertain whether behavioral health services are being met or if care needs to be improved.

Dinner and drinks will be served. The session will be about 40 minutes, followed by the IMPACT Team’s regularly scheduled meeting. Community members can stay for the meeting if they’d like to learn more about the IMPACT Team.

IMPACT, which stands for Individuals Making Positive Action & Change Together, is part of Grand County Rural Health Network. The group seeks to address issues such as mental health, affordable housing and other services to support residents in Grand County.
