Middle Park High School recently sent over a dozen students to the State Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) leadership conference, Linking Our Strengths, held in Vail from April 14 through April 16.

During that conference three students from East Grand qualified to attend the National FBLA conference, scheduled for June 29 through July 2 in Atlanta. The MPHS students who qualified for nationals are: Braden Lawson for Graphic Design and Kadin Cathey and Alyssa Landa for Public Service Announcement.

The achievement is additionally significant because the current Middle Park FBLA chapter was re-chartered in 2015 following a hiatus of roughly 15 years. For their first year in existence the club saw 14 student participants, all of whom qualified to attend the State Conference.
