Rainbows are still in the shallows in Three Lakes area

With all the snow we have gotten, the slush might be showing up again. The Kokanee at Wolford and Willow Creek are hitting in the river channel. Last week they were 20-30 feet deep in 60 feet of water in the lake. Rainbows in Granby, Willow Creek and Grand Lake are still in the shallows, but the fishing has slowed down. Lake trout in Granby, Williams Fork and Green Mountain are starting to suspend over deep water. Jigs tipped with sucker meat are working very well.
