The town will hold a welcome for riders at the Grand Park Community Recreation Center from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Riders will leave Winter Park on Monday, June 9, for the next stretch of the race – a 95-mile ride to Steamboat Springs via Muddy Pass and Rabbit Ears.

Ride the Rockies is an annual event sponsored by the Denver Post, which sees bikers complete a 471-mile loop, starting from Boulder and reaching towns like Steamboat Springs and Breckenridge before returning to Golden.
