Runners of all ages, skill-level participate in 30th annual Granby Gutbuster
- Runners line up at the start of the 30th annual Granby Gutbuster 5k, just outside the Granby Town Hall. Over 150 runners participated in the race.
- Julie Martin, director of the Granby Recreation Department, starts the race at 9 a.m. Saturday morning.
- Hector Martinez, a Denver resident, ran the Granby Gutbuster 5k with an overall winning time of 17:45.
- Isla Anderson, a Denver resident, ran the Granby Gutbuster as part of a running camp, ending with the best overall women’s time at 20:47.
- Joe Wagenblast, from McFarland, Kan., leads a group of runners at the second mile point of the race.
- Lisa Cook, from Westminster, and her dog, Midnight, run the last leg of the race.
- David and Rachel Miyazaki, from St. Louis, Mo., were in Granby on vacation when they saw a poster for the Granby Gutbuster and decided to participate.
- Matt Friesen, a Granby local, crosses the finish line seconds ahead of his daughter Cameron.
- Runners cool down immediately after crossing the finish line located at the Granby Town Hall.
