Mark Simmons, a cross-country runner for Middle Park High School, signed a Letter of Intent to compete in cross-country at the college level for the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs. Simmons signed his Letter of Intent in Nov. last year and will compete for the UCCS Mountain Lions starting next school year. Simmons, his parents and his cross-country coach posed for a quick picture back in Nov. during a brief signing ceremony.
