A 54-year-old male and his 18-year old daughter from Wisconsin survived a plane crash Thursday night in the remote area of Forest Canyon in Rocky Mountain National Park.
Both were conscious, moving and had minor injuries, according to Park spokesperson Kyle Patterson.
Park rangers reached the wreckage this morning at 6:39 a.m., according to Park personnel.
“At this time we are assessing how they will be evacuated from this remote area,” Patterson said.
