The 10th iteration of the Colorado Freeride Festival saw great weather last weekend as more than 800 riders competed and thousands of spectators saw some incredible events.

Trestle’s own Dillon Lemarr and Jacqueline Thomas took first place in the pro men’s and women’s divisions for the Monster Energy Downhill, the New Belgium Super Downhill, and the air downhill races.

The wind played a factor in the Maxxis Slopestlye event on Saturday so the competition was pushed back about six hours, but was able to take place. Matt Jones of Great Britain won the event.

Other events included BMX stunt shows from the Maxxis BMX team and stunt shows from professional mountain bike trial rider Aurelien Fontenoy. The next scheduled event at Winter Park resort will be the High Altitude Flamethrower’s Chili Festival on August 20-21.
