Eye to the future, MPHS JV football season recap

The Middle Park JV football Panthers, comprised mainly of freshman and sophomores, concluded their 2016 season with a record of 5 wins and 1 loss.

Wins came against Aspen, Estes Park, The Academy, Denver West and Arvada.

The only loss came in the last game of the season with D’Evelyn, when the starting quarterback sustained a shoulder injury early in the game and no back-up was available.

The future Panther football players to watch include Gabe Loberg (freshmen) QB/LB; James Gallegos (freshmen) RB/DL; Marco Vogelbacher (freshmen) OL/DL; twin brothers Alec and Evan Laraby (freshmen) WRs/DBs; twin brothers Joe and Dylan Kloss (sophomore) OL/DL and Elias Clancey (sophomore) WR/LB.
