Fraser Valley Rec rewards patrons
Grand Park Community Recreation Center has announced its 2nd annual Patron of the Year awards, which are being given to those who visited the center most frequently in 2014.
Winners for 2014 were:
Youth: Jory Ehlert with 187 visits
Adult Male: Chris Hessler with 309 Visits
Adult Female: Kristin Pinnick with 315 Visits
Senior Male: Dennis Veron with 259 visits
Senior Female: Charlene Simcox with 149 Visits
Each winner was awarded a Fraser Valley Rec Logo bag, water bottle, baseball hat and a free guest pass.

Virus safety a top priority as X Games Aspen returns to Buttermilk on Friday
ESPN’s Winter X Games is back in Aspen this week for the 20th straight year, although it’ll lack most of the usual flair. Out of precaution to safeguard against further spread of COVID-19, there won’t be any fans, any music and, well, really anything outside of the main competitions.
