Grand Lake Ladies Golf results – June 16

The Ladies of the Grand Lake Nifty Niners had a fun day in the sun on Tuesday, June 16, playing nine holes of golf.  Gladys Howard won the day with Margaret Nill and Lucette Kottcamp sliding in for a close second with a tie score. 

Meanwhile, the Ladies of the Grand Lake Tee Bags played Criss-Cross golf Tuesday recording the best net scores on alternating holes. Shirley Shepherd placed 1st with a score of 31.5, followed by Coni Moore scoring a 32 and Marilyn Nosbish finished 3rd with a 32.5.

Chip-ins were accomplished by Ivy Howard, hole No. 12; Beth Teal, hole No. 9; Jane Bodmer, No. 4 and Laura Summers, hole No. 12.

The Grand Lake Golf Course offers two Ladies Clubs; the 9 hole group and the 18 hole group. Both clubs play each Tuesday throughout the summer. If you would like to join either group, call the golf course at (970) 627-8008.
