Irving wins Gold in Norway, Youth Olympics

Birk Irving, who has lived and trained in Winter Park placed 1st in Halfpipe and won the Gold during the Youth Olympics in Oslo, Norway this weekend.

Birk Irving, who has lived and trained in Winter Park placed 1st in Halfpipe and won the Gold in Oslo, Norway during the Lillehammer 2016 Youth Olympics on Feb. 14.

Irving grew up skiing Winter Park Resort. The Youth Olympic Games began in 2012 at Innsbruck, Austria and is held every four years featuring over 1,100 athletes, ages 15 to 18, competing from around the world.
