Lacrosse club continues program in Granby

Sky-Hi News Staff Report

The Fraser Valley Lacrosse Club, which began this year to provide opportunities for boys and girls from Grand County to play lacrosse, has moved to the Granby Indoor Complex after beginning with clinics held at the Fraser Rec Center. Practices started on April 16 at Granby Indoor Complex.

“Enthusiasm and support of the program has been great,” said John Niedzwiecki who helped organize the club with John Vella.

“We had 50 kids register for our clinics and subsequently had to close registration because we had more kids than the space could handle safely.”
