Starting at 8 a.m. and going until 10 a.m., two 45-minute spin classes will be offered.

Each class costs $35 per person with 100 percent of the proceeds going to benefit kids with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. Children between the ages of 13-15 must have a parent or guardian present and children between the ages of 16-18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian. Registration for these unforgettable spin classes is going on now, so grab some friends to spin with or spin solo! You can register for these classes by stopping into Mountain Life Fitness, calling them at 970-887-1122, or visiting their website at http://www.mtnlifefitness.com or http://www.ShiningStarsFoundation.org.
