State Rep. K.C. Becker coming to Fraser

State Rep. K.C. Becker, D-Boulder, will be holding a Town Hall on Sunday, Feb. 1, at 10 a.m. at the Rocky Mountain Roastery, 543 S. Zerex St., Fraser.

During the Town Hall Rep. Becker will be discussing the 2015 legislative session and her legislative goals and priorities. She already has four bills she is preparing for submission to the House Floor for consideration.

Among those bills is one seeking to provide funding for long-term contraceptives to low-income women. Another she plans to introduce would set up a permanent review committee for all tax expenditures at the state level.

Rep. Becker’s district includes Jackson, Grand, Gilpin and Clear Creek counties and portions of Boulder County.
