Officials with the Arapaho National Recreation Area announced Wednesday that the Stillwater Boat Ramp will be closed Monday, Oct. 22 to Friday, Oct. 26 while concrete is being poured.

Boat inspections and access on and off the water will be available at the Sunset Boat Ramp during this time.

Construction is ongoing at the ramp for the installation of features to better manage the boat traffic coming and going off Lake Granby, according to officials.

The Arapaho National Recreation Area boat ramp improvement projects are part of a partnership between the U.S. Forest Service, Colorado Parks and Wildlife, the Bureau of Reclamation, and Northern Water as they work together to keep local lakes free of invasive and destructive species such as zebra and quagga mussels.
