Strip & Tail, a new Winter Park restaurant
Rhonda and Steve Bromberg opened a new Winter Park restaurant, the Strip & Tail located on 78259 US Highway 40. “We felt it was a niche that Winter Park needed,” she said. “We are serving steak, seafood, prime rib, and specialize meat such as Kobe beef.” Some of the recipes are Rhonda and Steve’s and they will even cook some nights. Rhonda grew up in the restaurant business and Steve have been working in restaurants since the 70s. You can see either one of them in the restaurant. “We are very hands on,” she said. The restaurant has seating for 54 in the dining room and an additional 18 in the bar area. “Business has been good since our soft opening and we will have a grand opening at the beginning of the new year,” she said. Entrees are $15-$30 and there are nightly specials such as Chilean sea bass with fire roasted ragu. The Strip & Tail has a kid’s menu and is open 4-10 p.m. everyday except Tuesday. The have a Happy Hour from 4-6 p.m.
