Support of Chamber mixer was gratifying
To the Editor:
Lauren Dilts and I would like to thank the following people and businesses on behalf of their assistance, contributions, and support for our successful Chamber Mixer at the Kremmling Library on March 25:
First, we would like to thank our awesome Friends of the Library, Nancy Abbott and Jeanne Sloan. Nancy and Jeanne helped us plan the event, pick up supplies and food, set up, and clean up, as well as make scrumptious appetizers. We couldn’t have pulled off this event without you ” you two are much appreciated.
Second, we would like to thank Jane and Harlan Land and Middle Park Meat for their generous donation of a meat and cheese tray, as well as a shrimp and smoked fish platter ” very tasty. Your kindness to the library is wonderful.
Third, we would like to thank Dave Jones and the staff at the Kremmling Mercantile for the donation of pop, ice, and crackers and the discount on the veggie and fruit platters. Everything was delicious ” thank you for your generosity.
Fourth, we would like to thank Barb and Keith and West End Liquor for the discount they gave us on the wine and beer we purchased for the mixer ” it was appreciated greatly.
Fifth, we would like to thank John Manning for volunteering his time as a bartender ” John, you are a fantastic library patron.
Sixth, we would like to thank our amazing staff ” Shelly Mathis, Bill Cassel, Miyian Casey, and Jan Broadhurst ” as well as our administration staff ” Mary Anne Wilcox, Stephanie Ralph, Shelly Kilgas, and Marilynn Huff ” and our trustees ” Roxane White and Jill Miles ” for their attendance and support at the mixer.
Finally, thank you to all of you who came ” we hope that you had a wonderful time, and we deeply appreciate your support of the library.
