Survey of Residents’ Views on Forest Management

Chad Kooistra, a graduate student at the University of Idaho and Middle Park High School graduate, will be conducting a mail survey of selected Grand County residents to record citizens’ concerns regarding the pine beetle outbreak and levels of support for various tree removal and economic development options.

Participation is voluntary and confidential.

This is part of a study to make sure that your opinions are heard and included in making decisions. Participants who return the completed questionnaire will be eligible to win one of three $50 gift certificates to Maverick’s Grille in Granby.
