Suspect in death of Winter Park man pleads not guilty
Beau Grega, the suspect charged with involuntary manslaughter in the Nov. 25, 2009, death of a Winter Park man, pleaded not guilty on Monday, April 19, during his arraignment, according to his attorney Jack DiCola,
Kevin Gilbert, 44, suffered from hypothermia after passing out outdoors in the early morning hours after a night of drinking, according to police. Grega stands accused of leaving Gilbert outside after unsuccessfully trying to coax him to go inside.
Grega’s case is scheduled for a jury trial in District Court starting Aug. 30.
